• Where is the store based?

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  At this time we do not allow orders from outside of the US.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.

• Can I get a custom items made?

  I always accept new custom requests, however depending on how busy I am it may take a couple of days to get your request. I will create something for you and add it to my store for you to purchase, so please be very detailed on what you would like for me to add to your custom item. If you don't like the design created for you, please let me know what you don't like and depending on the change I will add another listing or update the first listing for you. There is no obligation to purchase.

• Can I get other items other than baby items?

  You will need to contact me as I can not accommodate every request. Please note to purchase 1 piece the price will be higher, and the shipping will be longer. I only keep in stock the items in my store, this is why I can offer them at a lower price point and faster shipping.

• What if I miss spell the name, or I typed the name in ALL CAPITAL LETTERS and I don't like my item?

  Personalized items do not qualify for returns, refunds, replacements or exchanges, so please double check your order and READ everything.

  If you miss spelled the name, or just don't like the font, or typed the name in ALL CAPITAL LETTERS for a script font, there will be NO returns, refunds, replacements or exchanges. The only option would be to re-purchase the item or a different item with correct information. I do not offer discounts for a re-purchase, as I try to keep my prices affordable.

• How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

  The Storenvy checkout process is powered by both Stripe and PayPal, two of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. Because of this, Storenvy has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.

• What if something is wrong with my order?
